Patient Council

The Patient Council is a dynamic group of patients and carers who represent the views of patients across the hospital, who are passionate about enhancing patient involvement and engagement to help improve its service to the community.

We are looking for a broad range of patients and carers from all ages (over 16), backgrounds and health perspectives/experiences to be part of the Council.

As a Trust we recognise how important it is to gain patients’ and carers’ perspectives on projects and proposed future hospital developments. It also important we ensure a positive experience for our patients and visitors.

The Council serves in an advisory capacity, making recommendations on matters that impact the experiences of patients and carers at UHP.

Please be advised that to apply for this role you need to be a current or prior inpatient, outpatient or carer at UHP (within the last 3 years). This role is not open to current employees of UHP.
